PMI Prime Property is a leading property management and real estate services company based in Morristown, New Jersey that is part of one of the nation’s largest property management franchise companies. The company provides property management solutions for residential clients with single and multi-family properties; commercial clients; and home owner associations throughout northern New Jersey.

 Job Description

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and driving an aggressive growth program aimed at securing property management contracts for clients with Single-Family, Multi-family and Commercial investment properties, as well as contracts with Condo and Home Owner Associations. A successful candidate will be passionate about the sales process, a strong networker and relationship builder ; and a sales "hunter". They must be committed to excellence, have working real estate knowledge, be an effective communicator, embrace technology and work well with teams. The candidate MUST have a valid NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Broker-Salesperson license, or be prepared to obtain one immediately - no exceptions. This is a commission based position with a tiered compensation model based on  a KPI Based Payment Structure (KPS) 

Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to all leads for management services
  • Take a lead role in attending Chamber of Commerce and other professional networking groups 
  • Source prospect leads from provided system and manage a direct mail / contact campaign to identified prospects through LeadSimple
  • Network with various real estate social media and Real Estate Investor groups
  • Drive an outreach program with other management companies to solicit referral or acquisition opportunities
  • Build relationships with local brokerages to generate property management referrals through our Professional Alliance Guarantee
  • Farm the MLS for expired listings to solicit potential management / investor opportunities
  • Visit prospective client properties to evaluate client fit into company portfolio
  • Perform rental rate and performance analysis on subject properties
  • Complete client onboarding process utilizing company provided systems and coordinate with other team members
  • Maintain LeadSimple and Alysio with relevant information
  • Participate in regular team meetings
  • Specific job related training and mentoring program to be provided
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid NJ real estate license (salesperson or broker/salesperson)
  • Must be a "hunter" and strong networker / relationship builder
  • Must have valid NJ Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be able to learn and work with different computer applications
  • Must be able to work out of the Morristown Office at least 2 days per week
  • Must be self-disiplined and driven
  • Must take consistent, deliberate and timely action to reach sales and leasing goals
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to try new approaches as business and market needs dictate
Real Estate License MUST be placed with employer due to NJREC regulations
 

 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
